WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 4-7 days (100 hours) - after production is complete. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

When your order ships we will deliver your tracking number via email.

US/CAD/UK/AUS Shipping Time Estimates

If your items have not arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a reships your item or full refund.  (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our policy lasts 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only refund items if you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items. In that case, we offer a replacement order FREE of charge or a full refund on the affected items.

WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?

Shoes&Bones customers who are not satisfied with the shoe size and fit, are eligible for free exchange. You will not be required to return your original shoes. We send you FREE of charge a different size* and the ones who don't fit, give as a gift.

 * Size exchange requests that differ by more than two sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by Shoes&Bones.

We do not offer a return policy. Each product is custom made per order. Hence, a purchase is final. WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USP/USPS.

 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?

No there are no additional duties.

WHAT ART DO YOU PUT ON YOUR SHOES?

We only sell Canvas printed shoes, customers bring us an image they want on a shoe, and we make it for them, if they are ok with us reselling their art, then we place the shoes in our store for everyone to buy with designer (You) signature.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars.
